Lucky Tattoo Supply has donated three hand made tattoo machines for the best of day tattoo contests. One machine per day will be awarded to the tattooer whose work wins the best of day contest. And this Saturday, Oct. 18th is the HOOT 'n' NANY Art Show! (I love flyers that look like they were drawn on a cocktail napkin in a bar....a true sign of a great time!) 2 spooky houses-this is a costume party so "dress for the dead"! Participating artists: James, Black Brend, Ron Earheart, Chris, Even, Able Gonzalez and Patrick Hoffmeister. 224 9th St. at St. James at 7pm.

I've been working on putting this little skate related brand together lately. it's going to be called COMBAT ROCK! don't even know how to explain it. lots of custom hand painted shit. like shirts, boards and wheelz. gunna bust out some 'somewhat' regular production stuff as well. nothing broad. very rider and terrain specific...mixed with the cuStoms as well????? who nows. probably diggin me self into another hole! ha ha ha....who cares. So Bob at Circle A is helping Jason out by co sponsoring a little art gig (a larger one is in the works for later - tba) at the Blank Club this Wednesday, Oct. 22nd with food by Good Kharma with music by DJ CoCo. Doors open at 9pm, 21+, freeeee.

Pro skater Steve Caballero will be exhibiting his photography and artwork at Black and Brown Boutique Saturday, November 1st from 7-10pm with music by DJs Ray Stevens and Prophetess. Show runs thru Dec. 15th.
