Dalek back in the day.

Dalek A.D. exhibit, March 2001

Dalek has been tearing up the urban art scene the past few years with international gallery exhibits, licensing deals on everything from shower curtains to vinyl toys to books. His exhibit at A.D. in March of 2001 (sans the artist due to a "misunderstanding" regarding art vs vandalism in his home town in Virginia) is a notable part of our history. All the paintings were on wood, rough and raw, incorporating words of wisdom.

If you're in L.A. this Saturday, you can see his solo exhibit of current works at the Karnowsky gallery on LaBrea.
